Adult Education Class - Canning Basics

This is a second class on Canning Basics by Shelby Dozier-Jones, our Teton County Extension agent. Together we will be canning pinto beans in a pressure canner and pickled onions in a water bath. You can bring your pressure canner lid with gauge for testing. The class is free and limited to about 10.
