There will be a community COVID vaccination clinic at the school on December 2, 2021 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.  

This will be for all eligible people including ages 5-11, ages 12-17 and ages 18 and older. This will be for initial dose, 2nd dose and boosters. Forms will be available at the school and/or here is a link to the digital clinic form:
