Adult Ed - Intro to Canning & Food Preservation

Shelby Jones-Dozier, Teton County Extension agent will present a workshop on canning and food preservation in the FCS room at Power School.

The class will be capped at 12 people.  If there is interest in a more advanced class, a follow up class will be planned or if there is more interest, this class will be repeated.

Please bring your pressure canner lids with you so the gauge can be checked.
